Manage shift scheduling with Work Calendar

We’ve released a new feature in Workable – Work Calendar. It allows HR professionals, managers, and schedulers to view their entire team’s time off, hours worked, work locations, and schedules from one single place. 

What’s changing

• Previously, Workable enabled you to:
  • View time off and attendance from one place, while filtering by team, location, department, or entity
  • Import time-off balances, or review and action pending time-off requests from their team

• With Work Calendar, now you can do everything mentioned above, and:
  • Manage schedules, work locations, and hours worked in a few clicks
  • Edit the aforementioned details of teams, departments, and locations in bulk
  • Switch between a weekly or monthly view, and between time-off only, or all shift details

How it works

With the Work Calendar, HR teams can assign, adjust, and monitor work schedules alongside time-off, holidays, and work locations. That means no more messy spreadsheets or juggling disconnected tools. Everyone gets clarity – managers can make quick adjustments, employees can see their shifts on web or mobile, and admins get accurate reporting connected to time tracking and payroll.

• Switch between week or month views for a clear overview.
• Filter to show only schedules, only time-off, or both. Bulk-edit shifts, working hours, and workplaces.
• Apply changes to individuals or entire teams.
• Integrate directly with Workable time tracking and payroll reporting.
• In Greece: sync expected schedules with ERGANI and enable geofencing for compliant clock-ins/outs.
