Currently, Workable enables you to:

- Customize review templates to align with your performance framework.
With the improvements we’ve made to performance reviews, now you can also:
- Run 360-degree reviews that include feedback from peers, direct reports, and line managers.
- Set up anonymous reviews to promote open, honest feedback.
- Give every participant – employee, manager, or admin – a centralized dashboard to view relevant progress, statuses, and results in one place.
How it works
We’ve designed the 360-degree review process to be simple, structured, and flexible. Here’s how it works:
- Set up your review cycle: Choose which types of reviews (self, peer, upward, or manager) you want to include.
- Customize your templates: Tailor questions for each review type to focus on what you need, be it performance, values, leadership, development, or anything you decide.
- Select peers: During the preparation phase, employees can nominate their peers to ensure well-rounded feedback.
- Automate timelines: Define start and end dates for every stage, so reviews run smoothly – with automated notifications – without the need for manual follow-up.
- Share review packages: Once reviews are completed, managers can easily share results and feedback summaries with their team members.
Behind the scenes, HR admins get a complete, bird’s-eye view of performance, tracking participation, progress, and score distributions across the organization.
