Use Workable in Spanish (Latin America)

Workable is now available in Spanish (Latin America).
Until now, Spanish-speaking teams across the region were running their recruiting and HR workflows in English – a language that doesn’t match how they work, write, or think. That changes today.
What’s changing
Spanish (Latin America) is now a fully supported locale across the Workable back-end – the Recruiting UI and HR module. It’s a distinct locale built for LATAM: regional vocabulary, idioms, and formatting conventions specific to the region, not European Spanish applied globally.
It’s available on all plans, for every user, at no extra cost
How it works
For new users signing up to Workable, the platform will automatically open in your target language if your browser is set to a supported language – no setup needed.
For existing users, Workable won’t change your language automatically. If your browser is set to a localized language, you’ll see a banner prompting you to update your preference. The banner includes a direct link to Profile Settings. If you’re an existing Spanish or Greek user, you’ll receive an automated notification when the feature is live, guiding you to make the switch.
To set your language at any time:
- Go to Profile Settings
- Open the language selector – it lists all available languages
- Select Spanish (Latin America)
Workable reloads in your chosen language. If a colleague prefers English, they keep English. Every user controls their own setting, and the language selector is visible to all users – no admin needs to enable it account-wide.
What’s next
Spanish (Latin America) is the first step in a broader language rollout. French (France), French (Canada), Dutch, and Danish are targeting early June 2026. Spanish (Spain) and Italian are planned for September. German and Portuguese are also in the pipeline.
Every team using Workable should be able to work in the language they think in.
