For example, a recruiter managing multiple open roles could ask their AI: “Which of my engineering roles have candidates who’ve been in the phone screen stage for more than a week?” The AI queries Workable’s live data and answers immediately – no exports, no spreadsheets, no tab-switching.
The setup takes minutes. Add a custom connector in your AI tool, sign in to Workable via OAuth2, and the connection is live. No developer required, no API keys to manage.
