If your organization uses IBM watsonx Orchestrate and Workable, you can now add Workable to your agent stack.
watsonx Orchestrate is IBM’s enterprise AI marketplace — a platform that lets teams connect and run AI tools from different software vendors in one place. Workable is now listed there as a certified connector, making it one of the first and only HR and recruiting platform in the marketplace.
What that means in practice
You can interact with your Workable recruiting data directly inside the IBM environment. Ask about pipeline status, check where a candidate stands, pull information through natural language without switching tabs or logging into a separate tool.
It’s an early integration, and we’ll be expanding what it can do. The longer-term vision is for Workable’s recruiting agent to work alongside the other agents in your IBM environment, so your hiring workflow connects naturally with the rest of your enterprise stack.
