Just released: Workable’s AI Recruiting Agent Check it out

See where every AI credit goes, from purchase to consumption

Account admins can now see exactly how AI credits move through their account — what’s been purchased, what’s been used, what’s expired, and which jobs and activities are driving that spend. It’s a new report, built into Recruiting reports, on every plan, with no extra setup required.

What’s changing

Workable customers can now open a dedicated AI credits report and see the full picture of their credit balance and consumption, broken down by job, action, and time.

With this release, you can now:

See your balance move, start to finish

  • A credit activity summary walks through every change to your balance over the period: starting balance, any balance transfer, purchases, free credits, usage, and expirations, ending in your closing balance
  • Columns with no activity in the period are hidden automatically, so you’re only looking at what actually happened

Know what’s consuming your credits

  • A breakdown by action shows credits used across candidate chat, evaluation, re-evaluation, and sourcing, alongside total actions and average credits per action for each
  • A credit usage over time view lets you choose day, week, month, quarter, or year to spot patterns across the recruiting cycle

Drill down to the job level

  • A by-job table shows which jobs are consuming credits and on which activities, with each job’s total and its share of overall consumption in the period
  • No more requesting a custom report just to see where a team’s or a recruiter’s credits are going

Filter it your way

  • All plans get filters for credit activity date, job department, location, status, title, and job members
  • Premier and Enterprise plans get the full set of job filters available across the rest of Recruiting reports
  • The default view shows credit activity for the current month

How it works

We’ve built the AI credits report to sit alongside the reports admins already use. Here’s how it works:

  • Open Recruiting reports and find the new Workable Agent & AI credits section
  • Select the AI credits report
  • Review the top-level metrics — ending balance, credits used, and average credits per job — for the account as a whole
  • Scroll into the credit activity summary, the breakdown by action, and the usage-over-time chart for more detail
  • Use the by-job table and available filters to narrow in on a specific team, department, or time range
  • Note that the top-level metrics and credit activity summary always reflect the full account for the date range selected, regardless of any job filters applied

Why this matters for account admins

  • Budget you can actually plan around: See remaining balance and consumption at a glance, instead of estimating from memory or asking support for an export
  • Spend tied to outcomes: Understand which jobs and which agent activities are using credits, so budget decisions are based on data, not guesswork
  • Trust in the model: Every credit movement — purchased, free, used, expired, transferred — is accounted for, so nothing about the balance is a mystery
  • One report that scales with you: As the Workable Agent takes on more actions, this report grows with it — and it’s the first of two, with Agent productivity reporting planned next
