We’re seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Sales Operations Team, responsible for leading our proposal process. In this role, you’ll manage the creation of compelling proposals, coordinating with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

Your expertise will be crucial in developing persuasive proposals that highlight our strengths and meet client requirements. If you have a strong background in sales or marketing, excellent project management skills, and a knack for persuasive writing, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and delivery of sales proposals in response to RFx and standalone proposals
  • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and professionally produced proposals
  • Coordinate and review proposal input from sales, marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders
  • Coach teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practices
  • Manage proposal timelines and coordinate proposal governance and sign-off
  • Maintain and update a Content Management System for proposal documentation

Requirements and skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Experience with sales tools and software, including Salesforce.com and Business Intelligence tools
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Subject Matter Expertise in proposal and RFP best practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
