Warehouse Worker Interview Questions
Warehouse workers are responsible for all the fine details involved in the timely delivery of warehouse products. They package products, oversee shipments, and track inventory. They look out for their safety and the safety of their fellow employees. They are organized, process-driven, have great physical stamina, and work well in teams.
Some pluses to look out for on applications include a forklift license, first aid experience, and the ability to operate power tools, hand tools and heavy machinery. If they are working in a multicultural environment, it can be helpful to speak a foreign language.
These role-specific interview questions presuppose that your candidates have previous warehouse experience. This is an opportunity to evaluate the hard skills they have listed in their application.
