We are looking for an Oncologist to join our team and help diagnose, treat, and care for patients who are diagnosed with cancer. 

Oncologist responsibilities include consulting with patients about treatment options, leading cancer treatment plans, and treating patients with radiation therapy when needed. 

Ultimately, you will work with patients and their families to help diagnose and treat various forms of cancer.

Responsibilities

  • Treat patients with radiation therapy
  • Assist patients with pain management
  • Perform surgical operations to remove tumors and determine whether cancer has spread from the original starting point
  • Execute basic administrative and clerical tasks, such as keeping records of test results, writing prescriptions, providing cancer information to patients, and monitoring treatment plans

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Oncologist or similar role
  • A thorough and up-to-date working knowledge of cancers and cancer treatment options
  • Technical skills to operate medical equipment and tools related to cancer treatment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an Oncologist
